We are excited to announce the launch of the Building Up Leadership Builders (BULB) Emerging Leaders Program, designed to identify, equip, and empower the next generation of Christian leaders. This initiative reflects our commitment to fostering servant leadership rooted in biblical principles and preparing emerging leaders to make a lasting impact in their communities and ministries.
Program Highlights
Purpose: To develop emerging leaders (ages 21–35) who demonstrate faith, integrity, and leadership potential.
Core Components: Interactive workshops, personalized mentoring, and practical assignments.
Eligibility: Applicants must profess Christian faith, actively engage in a local church, Grace International Fellowship and show a clear sense of calling.
Selection Criteria: Spiritual maturity, leadership potential, vision, collaboration skills, and coachability.
